- What materials do you cut and engrave?
- Wood, acrylic and mirror acrylic are cut and engraved, and glass is etched. Send your material in mind and we'll tell you what works.
- Do I need a finished design file?
- No. Sizes, wording and a rough sketch or photo are enough to start. You get a proof to approve before anything is cut.
- How long does a custom job take?
- Most pieces run 3–7 days depending on size and current order volume. Send your date and we'll tell you what's possible.
- Do you take small orders and one-off pieces?
- Yes. Single gifts and one-off pieces are a big part of the shop, alongside batch work for events and small businesses.
- Where do you deliver?
- Pickup is by appointment in Jurupa Valley, with customers across Riverside, Eastvale, Norco and Corona, and shipping anywhere in the US.
